- Material Placement Widths to 10' (3.05
m) - Variable width shoulder paving with either aggregate or
bituminous mixes.
- Performance Balanced for General
Purpose/Utility Operations - Horsepower to weight ratio in
conjunction with adjustable wheelbase configurations,
effectively optimize production capability and operational
maneuverability to place more material for less “0 & 0”
cost on a more diverserange of jobs.
- 110 hp (78 kW) John Deere 4045T
Turbocharged Diesel Engine - More available horsepower.
- Adjustable Wheelbase - Provides greater
maneuverability on tight quartered jobs.
- Front Wheel Steering/Rear Wheel Drive -
Conventional suspensionarrangement provides excellent traction
and maneuverability in either the long or short wheelbase
configuration with superior reliability and minimummaintenance.
- Precise Control of Material Placement -
Strike-off is raised, lowered, extended and retracted
hydraulically from the operator's console.
- Contoured Strike-Off - Minimizes side
draft and material segregation.
- High Capacity Conveyor - 21" (533
mm) wide, high temperature service belt, hydrostatically driven
at speeds up to 466 fpm (142 m/min).
- Dual End Conveyor Drive - Switch
controlled from the operator's consolefor quick reversal of
discharge direction.
- 9'3" (2819 mm) Truck Entry Width -
Easy truck dumping access.
- Power Adjustable Front Hopper Lip -
Accommodates varying truck bed heights to minimize spillage
during the dump cycle.
- 10'10" (3.30 m) Transport Width -
Swing-away strike-off accommodates quick conversion.
- Front Wheel Power Assist & 4-Wheel
Steering Options - Provide additionaltraction and/or
maneuverability to overcome exceptional operating conditions.
- Optional Automatic Grade Controls -
Automatically controls the elevation and/or profile of the
material being placed.
- Optional Belly Mount Broom - Facilitates
cleanup as work progresses without increasing the machine's
overall operating length.

RW-195D
The RW-195D is a self-propelled, wheel
mounted, high capacity shoulder paving machine capable of placing
either aggregate or bituminous materials.
- Material Placement Widths to 14' (4.27
m)¿High capacity shoulder paving with either aggregate or
bituminous mixes.
- Performance Balanced for Continuous,
High Volume Operations - Horsepower to weight ratio effectively
optimizes production capability and operating efficiency to
place more material for less “0 & 0” cost.
- 180 hp (134 kW) John Deere 6068T
Turbocharged Diesel Engine - More available horsepower.
- 4-Wheel Drive - Superior traction in all
operating conditions.
- 27'3" (8.31 m) Counterweighted
Operating Length - Provides unequalled stability and side draft
resistance.
- 4-Wheel Steering - Superior
maneuverability and crab steering capability to further
compensate for side draft resistance.
- Precise Control of Material Placement -
Strike-off is raised, lowered, extended, retracted and sloped
hydraulically from the operator's console.
- Contoured Strike-Off - Minimizes side
draft and material segregation.
- High Capacity Conveyor - 30" (762
mm) wide, high temperature service belt, hydrostatically driven
at speeds up to 795 fpm (242.3 m/min).
- Dual End Conveyor Drive - Switch
controlled from the operator's console for quick reversal of
discharge direction.
- 9'4" (2845 mm) Truck Entry Width -
Easy truck dumping access.
- Power Adjustable Front Hopper Lip -
Accommodates varying truck bed heights to minimize spillage
during the dump cycle.
- 11'11" (3.63 m) Transport Width -
Swing-away strike-off accommodates quick conversion.
- Optional Automatic Grade Controls -
Automatically controls the elevation and/or profile of the
material being placed.
- Optional Rear Mount Broom - Facilitates
cleanup as work progresses.

MC-330
Ingersoll Rand's MC-330 is a self-propelled,
wheel mounted, bulk material handling/deliverysystem with a built-in
surge storage capacity of approximately 30 tons (27.2 T). A
proven economicalalternative to current methods and equipment, the
MC-330's application potential includes in-lineor offset paving,
road widening and milling operations with either bituminous,
aggregate orconcrete materials.
KEY FEATURE COMPARISON
Improves the Quality and Smoothness of
Hot Mix Asphalt Pavements
- Eliminates truck contact/bumping of the
paver
- Non-stop operation produces a more
consistent flow of material for smoother, more uniform pavements
- The undisturbed transfer of material
from the haul unit to the paver helps eliminate both aggregate
and thermal mix segregation
- Optional remixing capability
(Mixer/Agitator or Twin Pug Tub), when required, provides the
best possible scenario for remixing; at the last possible
opportunity prior to lay-down, to remove mix segregation
andprovide uniform mix temperature
- Optional Swing Conveyor protects new or
tack coated bases by providing the capability to receive and
deliver material from an adjacent lane.
Increases Paving Production
- Feeds mix to paver as required to
produce a continuous, non-stop paving operation
- Infinitely variable discharge rate up to
a maximum of 32 tons (29 T) per minute
- Increases production capability by more
than 50%.
Reduces Material Hauling Costs
- Cycles trucks quicker¿reduces total
number of trucks required by up to 25%
- Permits the efficient use of larger
trucks
- Eliminates truck waiting bottleneck at
the paver
- Provides an on-site material surge
storage capability of 30 tons (27.2 T)/50 tons (45.4 T) using
the optional paver hopper insert.
An Alternative to Current Methods and
Equipment
Simplicity in design employs field proven
componentry for greater reliability
- Fewer moving parts reduce maintenance
time & costs
- Better operator visibility fore &
aft.
- Compact width renders easier, safer
operation in traffic
- More flotation - better maneuverability
- Easy service access to all systems
- New conveyor configuration reduces
clean-up time to 30 minutes or less
- Only one (1) truck required for
transport
