Large Asphalt Compactors – DD-158HFA
Compaction jobs are not all created equal. That's why a single machine combining high-static weight with the newest vibratory compaction technology is an enormous asset. The Ingersoll Rand DD-158HFA large asphalt compactor was engineered to deliver jobsite versitility, along with the density, smoothness and productivity you expect.
State-of-the-art serviceability and operatory features add to the value of the DD-158HFA. A rear-hinged, one-piece composite hood provides complete access to the engine compartment for easy maintenance. The operator platform and ROPS are isolated from shock and vibration to enhance comfort and performance. A 5-position swivel console places controls within optimum reach. The ROPS/FOPS and drum mounting are designed and positioned to give the operator excellent drum edge and surface visibility.
The DD-158HFA is heavy enough to roll your most demanding static compaction jobs. At the same time, it is the perfect match for vibratory applications of all depths with its advanced drum-performance technology. Combining high amplitude for thick lifts and high frequency for increased production on thin lifts, the DD-158HFA does the job of two.
