with their flexibility these machines are the ideal choice for

available which further enhances their versatility.

Designed as a versatiled wheeled paver, the F6-4W with four wheel
drive and integrated anti-spin system performes an important factor
of the F6-family. This paver is ideally suitable for laying
bituminous mixes, rolled or lean-mix concrete, ballast and loose
mineral mixes for set-paved substrates. The Dynapac F6W is
intended for a wide spectrum of uses requiring exceptional mobility
and placement quality – such as new roads, resurfacing,
maintaining and repairing secondary and rural roads, narrow streets
and alleys, car parks and areas of large open-plan building
sites.

Dynapac's F8W is a compact three-axle wheeled paver. Equipped with a
powerful engine and large rear tires for a superb traction the paver
is capable of paving up to 5,00 m in width. The F8W is
intendend for a broad spectrum of uses that demand high mobility and
placement quality. The small turning radius allows an smooth
paving in narrows streets.

This machine is equipped with the same proven technology and made to
the same quality standards as the large and medium-sized finishers. Designed
as a three-axle wheel-type machine, it can be used to place
bituminous mixes, rolled or lean-mix concrete, ballast and loose
material mixes for set-paved substrates.
The F9-6W is intended for a broad spectrum of uses that demand
exceptional mobility and placement quality. Such as new roads,
resurfacing purposes, maintaining and repairing secondary and
rural roads, narrow streets and alleys, parking lots and the floor
of large open-plan buildings.

The highly manoeuverable F121W of Dynapac’s wheeled paver range is
the smaller one of the 2,5 m basic width range. Available with a six
wheel drive and standard anti slip system this machine can cope
with working widths of max. 7,25m. Besides the conventional drive
system Dynapac offers the F121W with a hydraulic direct drive
and a two speed planetary gearbox with hydraulically operated
differential lock.

The F161-8W is the biggest machine type of the Dynapac wheeled paver
range. This paver convinces by its high traction force created by
the optional 8-wheel drive together with the standard
differential lock and the anti slip system for the hydraulically
driven front wheels. With a maximum working width of 8,2 m and
a hopper size of 5,3 m³ combined with a transport speed of
16,5 km/h the F161W is the flexible solution for laying country
roads or highways.

The tracked pavers in the Dynapac range sets impressive standards,
since these pavers are convincing at all kind of paving widths by
their ease of adapting, simple use and servicability. Long
track drives and wide pads guarantee for maximum traction and low
maintenance due to their sealed and lifetime lubrication. The
rugged track types of these pavers compensate uneven ground level
and a precise electronical steering ensures excellent laying
results.

The Dynapac small paver range is especially designed for
applications which require a machine with a low working width of
less than 1,20 m. So these pavers are ideally suitable for job
sites like cycle-tracks, side walks, pavement-extensions, car-parks,

equipment like cut off shoes or covers for one conveyor half -
available as options - ensure an economical use of the Dynapac
paver F4C at different applications. Even a minimum working width of
300 - 600 mm is possible.

Customer´s demand for electrical screed heating especially for
small pavers lead to the development of the new tracked F5CS paver.
Together with the parallely designed new screed type VB125TV-E
with electrical heating the F5CS performs working widths up to even
3,10 m. With its very good balanced weight distribution, long
tracks, high traction forces and rugged carriage the Dynapac F5CS is
intended to be used mainly at high working widths and for
paving with electrical screed heating.

Customer´s demand for a tracked version of Dynapac´s well known
F6W lead to the development of the new tracked F6C. Together with
the new designed screed type VB340TV-E with electrical heating
the F6C performes working widths up to even 4,40 m. With its long
tracks, high traction forces and rugged carriage the Dynapac
F6C is intended to be used mainly on loose ground or at high working
widths. Due to Dynapac´s life time greasing the track drive is
maintenance free.

The Dynapac F8C with its maximum working width of 6,10 m represents
the link between the compact F6C and the F121C . The rubber pad
track types are responsible for high traction, straight drive

dashboard and foldable push rollers make this paver suitable for
confined jobsites as well as for paving big parking areas or
country roads.

With the F141CR rubber track paver, Dynapac is offering an
intelligent solution for modern street construction. This system
ideally combines the advantages of standard crawler unit and
those of a wheel type paver. It offers good traction, a small
turning circle and impressive flexibility and mobility,
positive factors in a range of applications. The rubber tracks are
connected to two-stage planetary gearboxes permitting a
transport speed of up to 17 km/h (10,5 mph). The track rollers are
independently suspended, which ensures compensation of surface unevenness
and guarantees smooth movement. Long life lubrication of the whole
crawler unit reflects Dynapac’s commitment to quality.

The Dynapac F150C paver finisher with integrated emulsion spray
system is the result of a high tech development showing new
perspectives of asphalt road construction. The actual working
method of the finisher as well as all substantial performance
parameters is that of a standard paver. Based on this well
proven technology of the F-type pavers, the F150C is additionally
equipped with a tack coating spray bar, located on the front of
the machine, which is far more economical and reliable compared to
conventional methods.The hydraulic extension/retraction of the spray
bar is independent from the screed. To spray emulsion, the F150C is
fitted with an integrated emulsion tank, with a capacity of approx. 2.800
l.

The high performance finisher F300CS with a standard paving width of
3,0 m is the biggest machine of the tracked paver range. Equipped

cope with maximum working widths of up to 16,0 m. Together with
the user friendly Dynapac PLC-System (Programmable Logic Control),
which controls all paver functions in relation to the paving
requirements this machine is the ideal equipment for paving highways
or motorways.

Mobile feeders are a transport and conveying system which is used as
a non-contact connecting element between road finishing machines and transport
vehicles carrying mixed goods. A hopper for mixed goods is used for
storing the material, which is transported on a heat-resistant rubber
type band to a sensor controlled, automatically height adjusted
conveyor at the front end of the feeder.

The MF250 is a transport and conveying system which is used as a non
contact connecting element between road finishing machines and
transport vehicles for carrying mixed goods. A hopper for mixed
goods is used for storing the material. The hopper wings of this
container can be folded up for better emptying and for even
distribution of mixed goods. The mix is transported on a
heat-resistant rubber type band conveyor, which leads the material
to a sensor controlled, automatically height adjusted conveyor belt
at the front end of the feeder.

The tracked MF 300C is a transport and conveying system which is
used as a non contact connecting element between road finishing
machines and transport vehicles for carrying mixed goods. This
completely equipped machine has mainly been developed for use in the
Compact Asphalt System and is also suitable to feed big pavers
working at max. paving width. The automatically controlled conveyor
can be lifted to a height of up to 5,0 m and the standard hopper
size of 8,0 m³ can be enlarged to 45 t by use of a hopper insert.
For an optimised view to the paver and the lorry the operator´s
station can be lifted by appr. 1,0 m and the seats on both sides can
be moved outwards.
Screeds
Many years of practical experience in the construction industry
together with continuing development provide the basis for the
advanced technology and high stability of Dynapac screeds. The
end result is an impressively high paving performance, including the
achievement of excellent compaction values. The rugged
construction of the Dynapac screeds ensures a high degree of
stability essential for paving widths of up to 16 m with a
fixed screed and up to 9 m with the telescopic one.

This screed type with a basic width of 1,70 m has been developed for
use on the wheeled and tracked F6 paver range. The VB 340T(V) is
infinitely variable extendable to 3,40 m, the maximum working width
of 4,40 m (on F6C ) can be achieved by use of extension parts.
Besides the standard gas heated version with electric ignition,
temperature and flame control the screed is also available with the
very user – and environment friendly electrical heating.

The VB450TV, mainly used on the wheeled and tracked F8/F9 paver
range has a basic width of 2,0 m and can be hydraulically extended
to 3,75 m. The screed is equipped with an on-screed heat adjustment
device located in a lockable remote control box. Equipped with
electrical ignition, temperature and flame control, as an option the
roof profile can be adjusted electro hydraulically in an infinitely
variable way. The working width of the VB450TV can be increased to
max. 5,50 m by use of mechanical extension parts.

Developed as a screed for the wheeled paver type
F9-6W and the tracked paver F8C this screed has a basic width of
2,30 m and can be hydraulically extended to 4,60 m. Used with flame
and temperature controlled LPG-heating the VB460TV can be used for
working widths up to 6,10 m resp. 5,30 m by attaching extension
parts of either 750 mm or 350 mm width. To minimize service and
maintenance time and to increase durability of the screed Dynapac
offers a central greasing device from a long list of very useful
options like reduction shoes, bevel edges or the hydraulically
operated roof profile adjustment.

The high degree of stability of the rugged VB805TV is achieved by
the advanced control system for the hydraulically extendable sub-
assemblies, where main screed, torsion housing and telescoping
components are interconnected via guide tubes. Telescoping
components are individually controlled, the screed width is
infinitely variable by use of telescopic cylinders. A salient
feature of the screed design are the guide tubes, which just extend
to 50% of their maximum travel even when the screed is fully
extended (double the standard width). This ensures exceptional
stability over the entire width of the screed.
The VB805TV is also available as Plus-version with an additional
vibratory compaction unit driven by the vibrator shaft of the main
screed. The increase in compaction by Plus - effect is achieved with
an infinitely variable pressure (between 0 and 10 bar) applied
hydraulically to the compaction unit.

potentiometer. An important factor contributing to the stability of

movement within the screed to a minimum, ensuring a level pavement
